Speedgolf Canada

Golf, at a run.

Speedgolf is golf played fast. Your score is your strokes plus your time. Same game, same courses, done in about an hour. Speedgolf Canada is bringing it to every province.

How scoring works

Every stroke counts. So does every minute.

Run, jog or walk briskly between shots. When the last putt drops, add your strokes to your time. Lowest score wins.

Hole 6 at Club de golf Fauvel, Bonaventure, Quebec: speedgolf pace, a 33-foot putt, birdie.
Why golfers try it

A full round in about an hour

  • Eighteen holes before work, or nine on the way home.
  • A real workout and a round of golf at the same time.
  • Less time to overthink. Many golfers swing more freely.
  • You only need a handful of clubs and a light bag.
  • You do not need to be a runner. Plenty of players walk fast and jog a little.
